Greetings Sisters
When I was recently asked to identify my core values, it came as no surprise that community stood out as one of the most important to me. In Alpha Phi, I’ve learned that community is far more than a group of people living in the same place—it’s a network of relationships built on shared values, mutual respect, and collective goals. When I think about the many communities I belong to, DKG truly embodies this definition. It is a strong, thriving community of women who share my values, visions, and goals. I am surrounded by women who inspire, support, and challenge me to grow both personally and professionally. Through their encouragement, I’ve learned to embrace new opportunities, develop my skills, and use them to make a positive impact on my life and the lives of others. Within Alpha Phi, we create a space where empowerment flourishes. Our collaborations and shared experiences allow us to find strength in unity and growth in our differences. Together, we transform challenges into opportunities and take meaningful action toward change. I feel deeply blessed to be part of such a dynamic community of women—one where every voice matters and every action contributes to our shared purpose. As president, my hope is to continue strengthening and encouraging this community, just as I have been encouraged, and to build upon the strong foundation laid by the remarkable leaders who came before me.
